Today I'm just recording the 30 year podcast I've officially been doing the Josh Bolton show for two years now. My God have I learned a lot doing this. I've gotten way better at talking to the mic and to the camera now. I'm starting the actual YouTube game, where I'm a dice up my content and see what hits and what doesn't try the micro stuff where it's like a minute, and why I have an interview today and like, recording this at like 9:20am I at 10 o'clock. I have an interview with this awesome leading him, Haley. Yeah, I'm not gonna check. Sorry if I said you're wrong here name wrong, and you're listening to this later. But yeah, it's gonna be awesome. I'm gonna get used to using my hands more. That's a weird one for me especially Well, it's funny, but it's not. I use my hands, usually when I'm talking to people. But when I'm looking at the camera, like it's funny where you can't see it. But there's two tapes. Yeah, two little tape things I have. So I look in the middle. So it looks like I'm looking at you. Because if I look at the lens, it's kind of weird. It's kind of awkward. It's like goddamn. So I'm over here. And I'm just excited the show is going to I'm going to incorporate more of these solo casts. Lately, it's been really hard for me in general, to get people I've used my first two years I've used matchmaker.fm Highly recommend them if you're starting a podcast with guests, because you can message them. I think they have a monthly one. It's 25 bucks. But if you pay yearly, it's like 120 16 bucks month. I think if you do annual It's even cheaper. Now even you interviewed the CEO of that website. Awesome, dude, we nerd it out over mics. So it was, yeah, I'm gonna incorporate more soul cast just to get used to talking, making more consistent on content. I'm thinking of incorporating kind of like all the wisdom I've learned from these people make series like first series is business management, especially in a retail corporate manager where you're stuck. And all the knowledge I've learned from my guests and books I've read then next series might be more like book reviews. Don't know that. I'm still trying to figure out well, yeah, eventually I'm also going to upgrade I'm using my webcam now. The lugi Yeah, a low GI thing. I think I'm gonna get an Elgato 4k 60 frames per second. That stuff is sharp, and it looks like my GoPro. So it would also be easier for me to record this on obs and talk. And then yeah, just you're getting ADHD me I didn't even plan this out. So yeah, we're going to do a series of the business management upgrade my equipment ventually start integrating my personal stories. Which I mean, if you've listened to the whole show, you know, Josh has been through some shit. Yeah, it's gonna be I'm, I'm optimistic. I'm really optimistic. 2023 is going to be my year. I mentioned earlier, I bought a GoPro, and I'm going to be doing a separate channel, I've decided the whole exclusive marketing thing and not going to do that anymore. It's called JB ja yd. I've been having trouble lately trying to post stuff on it. Well, I upload the 4k on my laptop. And I process it and then like two minutes later, Adobe crashes. And I didn't even save any of my progress in a Michael crap. So alright, well, it's not this fun, but I have this a phone. And I processed my video actually made this really nice commercial for my instructor at once, because he never uploaded it to his Instagram. I was like, Oh, I'll upload it to YouTube short see how it does instantly got a copyright claim on like, wow, it's true. If you use music, you get a copyright claim. So um, yeah, but I'm for Jay be tying back to that one. I'm going to be traveling a lot more. So no one's going to be well, kinda like me testing different things. See where it goes, what happens? what life brings me it's the more casual just just me not trying to be professional. And I've decided the Josh Bolton show. I mean, I'll slowly integrate other stuff. But he's predominately going to be like professional business on. And, I mean, there's nothing wrong with that. So and it might be eventually that this like this, they I'm the Kooky ADHD guy, but he gets shit done kind of thing. Either way. Life is good. Life is great. I'm just excited. Especially a lot of the trading, I do futures contract trading. And I'm really excited. There's a lot of formations I'm seeing that are looking quite lucrative. So I need to save up my money as fast as I can so I can dump in our 4k into my trading account. So I can start buying small contracts. I'm going to start exclusively trade Doing Micro Mini s&p five hundreds, just to get an extra 100 bucks a day kind of thing until my account gets big enough, then I can start taking big board trades that like honest to God take like 10 grand. I'm also going to be working on my book. I'm going to say it officially, I am going to start a little novel. It's a short story 20 ish, 1000 words. And yeah, and then when it's done, I will figure out how to publish it and how to market it. And then obviously, the people with me, it might be like, if you go to Amazon, I might not be able to give it to you for free. But I could give it to you like 99 cents kind of thing is close to free as I can get will fail Amazon freaking out on me. And then I'm thinking of recording the audio books too. So you can hear the layers and dynamics of the story that I at least hear in my head. It might not be what you hear. But I also appreciate an audio book. I've bought many short stories on Audible. So they're like, I think it's again, it's in the lowest you can go is like $2.99. So you have I think you can even punch in coupon codes. Someone will correct me later. Yeah, so I'm just, I'm excited. ball of energy. I had a great weekend from my 30th birthday. And we haven't forgotten this on the second like I did for my show. So my first episode, and yeah, I'm rejuvenated.
